We got hired to do interior renovations for a blood draw client. We -Added a glass barrier to divide front office staff from clientele for client privacy and noise reduction -Added holes for document passing and conversation into the glass barrier. -Divided to draw rooms in half to double the amount of draws -Added a dividing wall for patients waiting for draws in the back room and the documentation station where draws are input into the computer -Add a sliding door for employee privacy for the break room (previously could see right in from the bathrooms) -Installed door for front office space -Did painting throughout -Added countertop space in another blood processing room

The complete transformation of this house was incredible—it was so much more than a simple cosmetic flip. We made significant structural and layout changes, including: >Relocating the water heater from an un-air-conditioned room with an outside entrance to the center of the house >Changing the floor plan to take square footage from an oddly shaped room, creating a proper primary suite with a walk-in closet and extended vanity >Making room for both a tub and a walk-in shower in the primary bathroom >Installing new flooring throughout the entire home >Raising the ceiling height in the hallway by removing an A/C soffit >Completely redesigning the kitchen.Painting the entire interior >Fixing A/C ducting issues >Massively updating the lighting throughout the home >....and so much more! We are incredibly proud of the work our self-perform team did, as well as the other subcontractors we partnered with.

Complete electrical rewiring project for a 25,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Phoenix. On Target Contracting upgraded the entire electrical infrastructure including new main panels, sub-panels, machinery power feeds, and energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the production floor. We coordinated with the facility operations team to minimize downtime, completing the work in phases during scheduled maintenance windows. The project included installing new 480V three-phase power distribution, emergency lighting systems, and updated electrical safety protocols to meet current industrial standards.
