We made significant structural and layout changes, including: >Relocating the water heater from an un-air-conditioned room with an outside entrance to the center of the house >Changing the floor plan to take square footage from an oddly shaped room, creating a proper primary suite with a walk-in closet and extended vanity >Making room for both a tub and a walk-in shower in the primary bathroom >Installing new flooring throughout the entire home >Raising the ceiling height in the hallway by removing an A/C soffit >Completely redesigning the kitchen.Painting the entire interior >Fixing A/C ducting issues >Massively updating the lighting throughout the home >....and so much more! CommercialComplete electrical rewiring project for a 25,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Phoenix. On Target Contracting upgraded the entire electrical infrastructure including new main panels, sub-panels, machinery power feeds, and energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the production floor. We coordinated with the facility operations team to minimize downtime, completing the work in phases during scheduled maintenance windows. The project included installing new 480V three-phase power distribution, emergency lighting systems, and updated electrical safety protocols to meet current industrial standards.
