Commercial Tenant Improvement Electrical
Electrical construction for office, retail, restaurant, warehouse, and occupied commercial remodels.
On Target Contracting provides complete commercial electrical support for tenant improvement projects throughout the Phoenix metro area. We work from plans when available, verify existing field conditions, and coordinate new lighting, power, dedicated circuits, panels, equipment connections, controls, and shutdowns around the actual needs of the space.
Existing buildings are often more complicated than new construction because the electrical system has already been modified over time. OTC identifies what can be reused, what needs to be upgraded, and how to integrate the new tenant requirements into the existing building cleanly and safely.
